It's Tagging Time Again!

(I like this one..it asks more questions)
10 years ago:
I was 14. I lived in Lumberton and was a freshman in HS. I had braces the first half of the year. My hair was always curly because I don't think Chi's had been invented yet..or at least my hair lady didn't fill me in on the secret. I think I hated hs at this point. I had to take P.E. that year..thats why I hated hs. All we did was walk around the gym for an hour. It was so lame. The only days I liked were during baseball season. If there were tournaments going on at our school, the P.E. teacher would let us go watch the games. I don't know if I liked them because I liked the games or if it was just an escape from the mundane walking in circles. And I think I might have had a crush on one of the players. Nothing really exciting went on 10 years ago in my life.

Things on my to-do list today:
1. Laundry
2. Finish cleaning the living room (but I got distracted by my email and then I saw I had been tagged by Leigh Ann)
3. A little design work
4. Balance our checkbook
What would I do if I suddenly became a billionaire:
Tithe (and more), Start funds for our children's college, invest for retirement, buy a decent sized house that we can grow in (nothing over the top), I would want matt to stop working..cuz he could since we have billions of dollars..then we could see him all the time, open a stationary shop (with a photo studio in the back), be able to give and help people anytime they needed

3 of my bad habits:
1. Picking at my split ends
2. Telling Matt how to drive
3. This is a new one...when people are talking to me, I move my lips with them, as if I'm saying it for them. Its so weird. I used to be annoyed when people did this to me.

5 Jobs I have had:
1. The Gap..junior year of HS (hated it)
2. Limited Too..sr year of HS (The WORST job in the world..little girls running around spraying glitter lotion all over the place and then telling their moms when you asked them to stop...HORRIBLE!)
3. Loupot's Bookstore in college. Great place to work and meet husbands!
4. Wired Ranch Advertising..internship in college. Lame. thats all i can say
5. Citibank. My real job after college.

5 Things you don't know about me: (I hate this one..I never have anything good.)
1. I REFUSE to eat any form of meat on a bone. (no fried chicken, turkey legs, ribs, ANYTHING)
2. I don't eat watermelon because I hate picking around the seeds. I'll only eat it if someone will pick the seeds out for me. I guess I could always buy a seedless watermelon..but I'm so in the habit of not eating it, that I just prefer not to at all.
3. (I'm already stuck..can't think of anything.) Oh, I'm obsessed with organizing things. I love to buy cute baskets, cubes, any storage items to keep my house organized. However, I feel like I'm always organizing because I get tired of the way I had previously organized. I think its a sickness.
4. I'm obsessed with stationary. I am constantly designing stationary (greeting cards, thank you notes, note pads, invitations, etc). I want to have my own line that is sold in stores. I just don't really know how to go about that. (My dream would be to have a cute little shop..see billionaire items above)
5. Ok, sorry if any of you mothers do this, but it totally grosses me out to see kids/babies out in public with snot or old food all over their faces. I realize when you have multiple children its not as easy to keep them clean every second, and maybe I'll change my mind when I have more kids. But right now, I have to make sure Brody's face is clean before we go anywhere. I'm so glad his little eye is clearing up so he doesn't have dried junk on it all the time.

I'm not sure how many people to tag, so I'm going with a few: Kirby, Heather, Lyns, Ashley G, Sarah Shalley

  1. You are good at this. I had no idea what to write about myself. Thanks for sharing who you are, even I didn't know some of those things. :)

  2. How fun! I didn't know a lot of this about you.

I just completed mine on my blog. I've been MIA on the posts lately.

    Love you!

  3. way to open up, Larra! Ha! You always can when you're writing!

I hate the snot thing, too...it grosses me out...poor Asher has a raw face as I chase him around all day with a rag when he has a runny nose.

Gosh...I'll try to get to this "Tag" post soon...I have so many other things I am supposed to be updating on the blog...but I will do it, I promise!
