We're having...

ANOTHER PRECIOUS LITTLE BOY!

And we're so excited! We think its going to be so neat to have 2 boys 18 months apart. They will be best buddies for sure! I love having a son..so having 2 will be even better!

Our little guy made it very clear that he was a boy. Matt and I could tell as soon as it flashed up on the ultrasound screen. We knew before the lady told us. I was actually a little bit shocked. I really had a feeling it was a girl. I guess bc we had a girl name picked out. So now, we have to get on the ball and get some boy names picked out. We've got a couple of ideas but aren't set on anything.

So mothers of all boys, any advice? I think I'm going to like being the only girl and have 3 boys(including Matt) to spoil me :)

And if you have any cool name ideas that you aren't going to be using for yourself someday, throw them out there! What name do you see for a Palermo boy?

Tomorrow is the Day

We can't wait to find out tomorrow if the baby is a boy or girl. I feel like once I know, it's going to make it so much more real. Obviously it has seemed real so far..who can ignore the constant vomiting and nauseous feeling..and the growing belly. But I stay so busy that I forget a lot of times that I even have another sweet baby in my belly. I've heard a lot of moms say that on your second(or third or fourth) that you forget that you're pregnant a lot. And its definitely true. So I think knowing if we're expecting a sweet girl or precious boy will really help me to start preparing mentally and around our home.

Everyone always asks us what we want this time, since we already have a boy. I'm very torn. In the beginning of the pregnancy, I thought I knew for sure. But now that time has gone on I've sort of drifted towards the middle of the road. Obviously, we are going to be VERY HAPPY with either. But you always have a little preference. Part of me wants a boy since it will only be 18 months younger than Brody. It would be so cool for them to be that close..they'd be best friends..eventually :). But then part of me wants a little girl bc I know Brody would be the best big brother and so protective of his lil sis. Plus, we would love to have at least one of each so having a girl now would take the pressure off any future pregnancies haha. But as long as we have a healthy child, we don't care what the results are tomorrow. However, if its a boy, we're going to have to get crackin on a name bc we have NOTHING. The girl name is set in stone (I'll let you know what it is tomorrow if its a girl...most of you probably know anyways)

So, if you haven't put your guess in, here's your last chance. The poll on the side is officially closed, but if you haven't voted, leave us a comment. I love hearing everyone's guesses!

Cleanest Floors Ever

I know I have more important things I need to be blogging about, but they all require editing and uploading pics...and frankly, I just don't feel like doing that right now. But what I WILL blog about is how clean my floors are now! I had some birthday money and invested in the Shark Steam Mop...and let me tell you, it was worth the $79 (or $99 if you think you need the deluxe version). But you know you have a million of those 20% off coupons so you could get it for less.

My floors have never been cleaner. It loosened up spots that I had been on my hands and knees scrubbing with harsh chemicals. I love this thing. It uses steam to clean and sterilize all floor types..and its safe on wood and laminate floors. And I love that all it uses is natural H20..no chemicals or cleaners at all. Makes you feel good that your children can crawl around on a really clean floor without licking up pinesol. (Yes, my son kisses the floor sometimes so I have that problem)

Anyways, just a shout out and product review. It costs a little bit to start, but just think..you wont have to buy floor cleaner or swiffer pads anymore! I love the Shark people!
